Reformer Pilates
On the reformer we blend classical Pilates exercises with more functional movements. Movement is designed to work in harmony with our bodies make-up by both protecting to minimise unwanted movements and posture and maximizing the effort by targeting the specific muscles we need to work. With this intention we prevent injuries in both exercise and in everyday life, and we build a strong base for other sporting activities.
Sessions are 1 hour and can be mixed with mat Pilates.
