Mat Pilates

Mat work is an amazing way to build body awareness, which is key to ensuring that you are achieving the intended benefits of an exercise and really knowing when it is safe to push yourself that little bit further.

We use the original 34 exercises of Joseph Pilates, add functional movements and props such as the soft ball, ring and hand weights to design programmes that form the stepping stones to meet your personal fitness goals.

We understand that every starting point and every body is different so exercises are modified as needed to ensure you feel safe and confident in movement, whilst being challenged and motivated to succeed in your journey.

Sessions are 1 hour and can be mixed with exercises on the Reformer.
