As a fully qualified practitioner in pre and post natal Pilates I design both individual sessions and longer plans for clients in all stages of pregnancy as well as those returning to exerciser after giving birth.

I am also specially trained in core and pelvic floor health.

Our plans take you through pregnancy in a safe and controlled space, keeping both you and your baby safe so you can continue with exercise and prepare the body for labour and beyond.

We understand the changes the body goes through during the perinatal period, meaning that exercises are selected to both alleviate discomfort and prevent worsening of the common symptoms of the pre and post natal journey.

Sessions are 1 hour and can incorporate mat and reformer work as desired.
